ECA Group has contracted with Alstom Transport, one of the greatest suppliers of rail products including locomotives. The contract clauses were to design a “horizontal hoisting device” for the regional train program Regiolis. Regiolis trains are offered in three types of configurations which are suburban, regional and intercity.
ECA Group had to design a tool which respects these different configurations in line with specific requirements adapted to the types of routes served.
