This stand alone equipment is installed in the cockpit and enables the pilot to activate and control the automatic fixed Emergengy Locator Transmitter (ELT) remotely.
This Remote Cockpit Panel offers the remote access to the ELT:
- Manual Remote Activation,
- Manual Remote Selft-Test,
- Manual Remote RESET, restoring the ADT 406 in ARMED mode,
- Display of the ELT transmission state.
