Underwater Intervention 2020 | 4 - 6 February | ECA Group Unmanned / Remotely-operated robotic solutions
Join ECA Group experts at Underwater Intervention 2020 - Booth 710
ECA Group will be pleased to welcome you during Underwater Intervention 2020 on its booth n°710. The exhibition will take place on February 04 - 06th 2020, in New Orleans Convention Center. ECA Group will present you its wide range of unmanned robotic solutions dedicated to the Subsea market.
ECA Group solutions to be presented at Underwater Intervention 2020
ECA Group designs, develops and supports innovative advanced solutions in the Maritime sector. Its robotic and integrated systems are able meet the ever-evolving requirements and high quality standards of the Offshore and Subsea markets and Equipment industries.
Strong from its expertise in the design of naval robotics systems for highly demanding clienteles, ECA Group offers a wide range of innovative unmanned (AUV) or remotely operated vehicles (ROV) to carry out specific missions such as deepwater exploration, pipeline inspection and seabed survey missions.
These solutions address the need high quality standards for application-specific systems including:
- Autonomous Underwater Vehicles (AUVs) for Pipeline inspection
- Remotely Operated Vehicles (ROVs) for inspection, maintenance and repair
- Manipulator Arms, whether 5 o 7 functions, ECA Group electric arms can be easily fitted on any type of ROVs to support complex underwater missions.
These robotic solutions are supported by high-performance unmanned based tools dedicated for seafloor mapping using bathymetric, side scan and subbottom systems to make the most of the data collected throughout the missions.
ECA Group AUV solutions
ECA Group proposes a wide range of AUV systems, from man portable to mid-size AUV benefitting an user-frienly mission preparation and post analysis software. Missions can be prepared in advanced in order to be quickly deployed on field. The AUV performs its mission in a completely autonomous way enabling the operators to focuses on other important tasks and prepare post-mission treatment.
ECA Group ROV solutions and tooling
ECA Group has a long expertise in the design and manufacture of ROV solutions. From compact observation ROV to crawlers to heavy duty work-class, ECA Group offer a wide range of solutions to help you perform missions underwater, up to 2000 m deep. Easily configured according to your need and modular, payloads can easily be equipped thanks to its unique architecture, enabling to fit a wide range of sonar, manipulator arms and tools, and any type of sensors (such as high quality viewing system). User-friendly, a single and ergonomic control unit allows the control of both ROV and additional equipment.
Subsea manipulator arms
ECA Group's ROVs can be equipped with a wide range of Electric Manipulator Arms. ECA Group offers both 5 and 7 function arms, offering high lifting capabilities for a moderate power supply consumption. Fittable on any type of ROV, from work class to obsevation class, it offers excellent performances while being compact, they can be fitted on any type of ROV, from work class to obsevation class. Compared to Hydraulic arms, ECA Group's range of electrical Arms allows Remotely Operated Vehicles equipped to remain stable throughout the underwater operations duration.
H300V, ECA Group's latest range of Observation class ROV
Discover H300V ROV, a range of Observation Class ROV with 4 horizontal vectored thrusters dedidacted to inspection missions in very harsh environments. These ROV solutions can dive up to 300 m depth. H300V range of ROV is modular andenables easy configuration according to customer's needs thanks to a wide range of sonars, manipulator arms, tools and type of sensors.
ROVING BAT, the ideal soution for UWILD applications
ROVING BAT is a hybrid Remotely Operated Vehicle combining a traditional ROV with a crawler, providing a very strong thrust thanks to its 8 powerful thrusters (4 horizontal, vectored and 4 vertical), and equipped with two sets of motorized tracks. Its typical missions are Inspection, NDT measurements and Cleaning.
The ROVING BAT crawler swims from the launching point to its target: the ROV embedded sonar system assists this diving-to-docking process when the environment is harsh and/or in turbid waters, which which makes a better alternative to divers. Highly equipped in viewing systems and lighting it offers very good performances to conduct nspection missions.
ROVING BAT also embeds a Non destructive measurement unit fitted at the back of the vehicle so as to validate the conformity of the vessel, verify the structural integrity and assess the level of corrosion and wear.
