The Drone Seastem Protect project aims to secure sensitive maritime sites through the simultaneous use of different surface drones, submarines and air, under the supervision of a single command and control post.
The project will put the most innovative technological advances at the service of the safety of sensitive sites at sea. It will create an efficient and reliable system where the operator will have easy access to the information provided by a system of robots operating simultaneously on the water, underwater and in the air.
The Region Sud and the marine industrials cluster have chosen to support this project given its immense potential. It has also been recognized and labeled as one of the future programs that will ensure the security of the 2024 Olympic Games.
A presentation of the research program and of the partners will be held on:
February the 4th, 2.00 PM
Region Sud booth - n°K13
The Region Sud strongly supports the project within the framework of the OIR "Economy of the sea".
