At the occasion of the EURONAVAL 2016 exhibition, held in Paris from 17th to 21st October 2016 (Paris le Bourget), we are pleased to invite you to come and discover on our booth H73-F70 the latest innovative solutions in the field of Robotics & Integrated Systems, Training Simulation, Ship Equipment & Protection for Naval Forces. During your visit, you will appreciate:
For more than forty years, ECA Group focused robust R&D efforts in developing systems of robots. ECA Group will showcase its range of AUVs, ROVs, UAVs and USVs as well as its fully integrated Unmanned Maritime Systems (UMS) suite. ECA Group robots are optimized to successfully perform missions in areas of Homeland Security, Oceanography and Hydrography and Underwater Mine Counter Measures. A new simulatorcombining ECA Group competencies in Robotics and Simulation will be demonstrating full mine clearance operations in order to compare different configurations of ECA’s UMS within different cases of use and their performances vs traditional MCM Mine Hunting concepts.
In addition to supplying robotic systems, ECA Group supplies a number of Systems & Equipment for Submarines as well as Surface Ships. These range from platform management to command & control systems and propulsion & energy systems. Underwater acoustic and electromagnetic signatures expose naval forces to the threat of detection, classification and localization. There is therefore a need for signature management systems to reduce the risk. ECA Group’s modular ranging systems have been developed to meet the MCM and ASW requirements. These include magnetic signature reduction systems and multi-influence ranges. An innovative Magnetic Risk Solution based on UAV IT180 STERNA® will be displayed.
Another key element of ECA Group’s offer is its Naval Training Simulation skill: From Mine Warfare Data Management training to Surface Ship and Submarine Tactical simulation, ECA Group offers many options. These can be single system for individual training to team trainers to the more complex multi-platform simulators. ECA Group will present its new Damage Control Simulator, a high-fidelity replica of a vessel or a submarine compartment, including real-life situation / protocols for damage control training.
ECA Group will hold numerous conferences with a following program:
