Eric Chadenier designated General Counsel of ECA Group and member of the Executive Committee
Eric Chadenier holds a post-graduate degree in Business Law from the University of Paris V - René Descartes. He started his career in 1994 at Bouygues Group as a legal expert. In 1997, he joined the Bouygues Offshore subsidiary specialised in the Oil & Gas sector as an international contracts legal expert.
Then, in 2002, when SUEZ sold Entrepose Contracting to the management team, Eric Chadenier decided, as Group General Counsel, to take part in the adventure of a company that had become independent. On this occasion, he created the legal department of Entrepose Contracting, accompanying this well-known player in the Oil & Gas sector in all its operations, including its IPO in 2005. In 2007, Entrepose Contracting became a subsidiary of VINCI Group.
In 2011, Eric Chadenier joined CNIM, an international French equipment and industrial contractor operating in the environment, energy, defence and high-tech sectors, as Group General Counsel. In 2015, he also took over responsibility for the company's Corporate Purchasing & CSR Department.
