ECA GROUP trains its ROV users in China

Because ECA GROUP is committed to support its customers throughout the lifespan of its products, specific training to operators is provided. With the increasing ROV market in China, ECA GROUP alongside its distributor organised a local training on ROV operation and maintenance.
Over the last decade ECA GROUP has been successful in supplying ROV systems for maritime applications in China, with more than a dozen ROV chosen by its customers. Confirming its positionning among the major ROV providers in China, ECA GROUP is always willing to support its customer locally with the help of its local distributor.
Thanks to a strong partnership and long-term collaboration with its local agent BTF, both companies held a seminar week with the aim to train Chinese ROV operators coming from different customers and using ECA GROUP's ROV for various subsea applications: From Search & Rescue to Marine biolology to Hydropower plants or Offshore applications.
Across the 5 days of training all the aspects of maintenance, troubleshooting and spare parts replacement were addressed for ECA GROUP's range of inspection/observation ROVs:
A particular highlight was also made on optic fiber repair and compounding.
The training was very well received by the numerous operators in attendance.
