Dominique VILBOIS : Chairman & C.E.O.
Joined ECA in July 2008 as Managing Director. Holds degrees of Ecole Polytechnique and Ecole Nationale Supérieure de l'Aéronautique et de l'Espace.
Mr. Vilbois started his career at the French Ministry Of Defence (Direction Générale de l’Armement) in 1979 as Engineer. In 1986, he joined the IT Start-Up VERILOG, specialised in Software Development, as Director of Business Development. He becomes later the Regional Director of Syseca (Thales group) and Managing Director of MORS, specialised in electronics for Defence, Aeronautics and Energy.
Part of INEO SUEZ since 1998, he occupies successively various high level management positions until becoming Chief Operation Officer in 2007. Mr. Vilbois was appointed Chairman and CEO of ECA SA in November 2008.
Alexandre MIAUX : Chief Financial Officer
Joined ECA in 2006 as Deputy Financial Officer. Mister Miaux holds a degree of IEC (Institut d’Expertise Comptable de Lille). Before joining ECA, Mister Miaux was auditor at Price Waterhouse & Coopers and Financial Officer of MESATRONIC.
Jean-Jacques PERIOU : Vice President Defence & Robotics
Joined ECA in 2005. Holds a doctorate in physics (electricity) and an Engineering degree of INP (Institut Nationale Polytechnique, Grenoble). Before joining ECA, Mr. Periou was Commercial Manager Asia of Thales group.
Jean-Jacques MARTELLI : Vice President Corporate Secretary
Joined ECA in 2007. Mr. Martelli holds a PhD in Plastic alloys (Lyon university) and a degree in engineering of INSA Lyon; plus an executive MBA of INSEAD. Before joining ECA, Mr. Martelli was Managing Director of SEMAT (Environment Activities) and VP Sales and Marketing of OMB Group (Italy).
Jean Louis SAMBARINO : Vice President Operations
Joined ECA in 2001. Mr. Smabarino holds is Ingénieur de l’Armement. Before joining ECA, Mr. Sambarino was Logistics Manager at DCNS.
